Due to delays, the development cost of these projects has mounted to billions, causing serious trouble for those who booked it during the time of project launch.<\/p>\n<p>According to this news report, nine projects have so far been launched under the foundation, including OPF Housing Society in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Larkana. Despite acquiring land and getting NOCs from the respective land authorities, these projects haven\u2019t been completed even after a delay of several years.
