The new policy makes it mandatory for banquet halls and gardens to have a minimum area of 2,000 yd<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>According to details, banquet halls and lawns must face an at least 150 feet wide road. In addition, the authority has notified that property owners using their residential properties for other purposes need to pay conversion fees.
