The PKR 588 million contract was awarded in 2012, but only 50% development on the 9-kilometre road has been completed so far.<\/p>\n<p>According to details, the work on a 6-kilometre long patch of road has been completed, which will serve as a by-pass for traffic coming from Peshawar. The remaining 3-kilometre patch faces delay because the CDA hasn\u2019t been able to acquire land for this part.
