Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) conducted 162 anti-encroachment operations in Islamabad during August, according to a press release. The operations were conducted against illegal construction and encroachment in the city.<\/p>\n
According to details, the CDA demolished 40 rooms, 16 boundary walls, 21 shops, 45 jhuggis<\/em>, many food stalls, building material scrap depots, barber setups on footpaths, and other roadside encroachments.
