Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared two housing societies illegal and cancelled the NOC of three others for failing to comply with the set rules, reported a news source.<\/p>\n

These illegal societies are located in Mouza Gora Mast and Mouza Gogota Syedan, both of which lie in Islamabad\u2019s Zone V. The developers for these societies had, reportedly, not obtained an NOC from the civic authority. One of the societies to get its NOC cancelled is located in Zone V, and two in Zone II.<\/p>\n

The directorate has warned the public against investing in these societies, further requesting the buyers to visit the official CDA website to ascertain the legal status of any society they plan to invest in.
