Islamabad: The management of Ghauri Town has applied for an NOC from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) once again, according to a notification. In this regard, the management has ensured that the due process is followed while applying for the NOC, and they are also willing to address the demands made by the civic body for its issuance.<\/p>\n
The notification also states that Ghauri Town was established over 17 years ago, and the management has ensured that it follows transparent procedures to acquire land and transfer it to the respective owner during this period. The management claims that there hasn\u2019t been a single incident where the client wasn\u2019t handed over the plot for which they paid. The management also ensured that each buyer got their plot registered in their name and got the possession as soon as they made the full payment.<\/p>\n
