Lahore: The Punjab Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department has sealed 45 buildings in Model Town and Faisal Town over the non-payment of property taxes, according to a news source. The operation is a part of the grand drive launched against property tax evaders.<\/p>\n

The operation was carried out on the orders of the Lahore Region B Director Rao Shakeel-ur-Rehman, and was supervised by Excise Tax Officers of Zone VII in Faisal Town and Model Town. The property owners of the sealed units have defaulted taxes worth PKR 3 million.
