Previously, the deadline was January 19.<\/p>\n<p>The decision has been taken due to the overwhelming response received on the offer. Reportedly, banks remained flooded with applicants during working hours, making it difficult some people to submit the forms. With the date extended, many more applicants can avail their chance to be included in the ballot.
