The project cost has increased from PKR 250 million as the Rawalpindi Development Authority is to shift utility services and make payments for the land acquired for road expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Out of the approved budget, PKR 25 million will be spent on the construction of 80 shops for the charity organisation from which the RDA acquired the land needed for road expansion.
