Islamabad: The Federal Cabinet has approved the promulgation of the Costs of Litigation Act, 2017, according to a news source. The law has been introduced to make litigation cheaper and the acquisition of justice easier for public.<\/p>\n

The act was approved by the cabinet in a meeting held at the Prime Minister Office (PMO) headed by Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, where several other administrative and legislative decisions were also taken.
