The report quoted a source within EPD as saying that the drive had begun after smog caused trouble for the residents of Lahore two months ago.<\/p>\n<p>He said that notices and warnings had been sent to all industrial units producing excessive smoke and they were instructed to introduce mitigating measures at their units within two months.
