Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved new building parameters for marquees, event halls and wedding halls, according to a news source. These parameters make it mandatory for the marquees to have a land area of at least four kanals and reserve half of it for car parking.<\/p>\n

The summary for new building parameters was presented in the CDA\u2019s first Board Meeting for 2018, which was presided over by CDA Chairman Usman Akhtar Bajwa. According to these parameters, the marquees can have a maximum of two storeys with a floor ratio area of 1:1, while a minimum of 30 feet has to be left vacant on the front.<\/p>\n
