Especially in DHA phase 2, the demand spiked notably\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Sohail from HA Associates, Lahore said, \u201cIn 3-4 months, property prices have amplified, demand increased after Eid ul Fitar and sale\/purchase of properties up surged especially in Gulberg.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Iftikhar from Sahil Consultant, Karachi said, \u201cAfter Eid, demand for commercial properties skyrocketed, especially for the residential and commercial properties in DHA Phase 8.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Experts expect that the property prices will flourish further in the looming time.
