The agreement will expedite the implementation of the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP).<\/p>\n<p>Urban Development and Water Division Central and West Asia Department (CWUW) Principal Urban Development Specialist Kiyoshi Nakamitsu was quoted as saying on the occasion that PICIIP is an important milestone in the development of cities in Punjab.
