Karachi: The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has launched the Category One Building Plan to facilitate citizens for quick approval of building plans and issuance of completion certificates, reported a news source. The details of this plan were discussed in a meeting chaired by SBCA Director General Agha Maqsood Abbas and was attended by all SBCA directors.<\/p>\n
The SBCA officials have been asked to implement the plan on an immediate basis where negligence or delays will not be tolerated. In this regard, a report will be presented to Abbas while SBCA directors will ensure that the newly designed plan is implemented.<\/p>\n
The officials playing their role in implementing the plan will be rewarded in the form of promotions and awards.
