Lahore: The Revenue Department Lahore has imposed superstructure tax on transfer of houses constructed without a map, according to a news source. Under this tax, property owners will be paying an additional PKR 50,000 to PKR 300,000 for their houses.<\/p>\n

As per the notification issued by the Revenue Department, all commercial and residential units in residential areas of Lahore need to have an LDA-approved map before ownership can be transferred to another person.
