Karachi: Sindh building Control Authority (SBCA) has recently adopted a \u201cSpeedy Disposal Cell\u201d for Category I building plans and their speedy approval. According to Director General SBCA Agha Maqsood Abbas, this cell will comprise eight directors related to different towns, and would approve the building plan of 399 square yard residential plots and 120 square yard commercial plots.<\/p>\n

From our earlier news report, it can be understood that the SBCA Officials have been asked to implement the plan on an immediate basis and avoid delays at all costs.
