According to a news source, Capital Development Authority\u2019s 1992 zoning regulations were creating problems for citizens.<\/p>\n<p>During 2010, CDA had made changes to these, by which construction of housing societies was allowed in Zone IV. In the meeting, it was highlighted that illegal construction was taking place in Zones III and IV in violation of the zoning regulations.
