Islmabad: The Supreme Court has directed Capital Development Authority (CDA) to remove barricades in front of two five star hotels, according to a news report. The apex court also made the order to open the road to public.<\/p>\n
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court chaired by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar pass the order. The barriers had been placed along Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy and Agha Khan Road outside the hotels and the court made instruction to remove all such encroachments of the road and submit compliance report on Thursday.<\/p>\n
