There are portions of the building that are illegal and need to be vacated for which Justices Gulzar Ahmed and Sajjad Ali Shah have asked authorities to compensate the occupants.<\/p>\n<p>The building has been declared illegal because it has multiple floors, whereas, only ground-plus-one are allowed by law.
