The first phase of Green Line extends from Surjani Town to Numaish Chowrangi. It is set to be inaugurated in May this year. The minister announced this in a meeting at the Karachi office of the National Highway Authority (NHA).<\/p>\n<p>The second phase which extends from Numaish Chowrangi to Merewether Tower will be completed by year end and will facilitate 400,000 passengers each day, according to the Minister. He was also briefed that of 21 main bus stations, 14 will be complete for the first phase.
