Roshaan Homes had taken on the administration of Rose Valley on 10<sup>th<\/sup> July 2017 and had begun development work in the housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification, on 10<sup>th<\/sup> November 2017, Roshaan Homes had imposed PKR 20,000 per marla development charges on the plot-owners in Rose Valley.
