Faisalabad: Mayor Faisalabad Muhammad Razzaq Malik has approved streetlights for 43 union councils of the city, according to a news report. Funds of more than PKR 9.5 million were also released for the purpose.<\/p>\n

The project to install streetlights has been divided into four phases. During the first phase, streetlights will be installed in Union Councils number 8, 9, 10, 17, 18 and 20. PKR 2 million has been approved for this phase.<\/p>\n

For the second phase, which will include Union Councils number 22, 23, 32, 33, 46, 48, 49 50, 56, 57, 63 and 73, PKR 2.9 million has been allotted. In the third phase, during which streetlights will be installed in 14 union councils, the funds allotted are PKR 1.9 million. The union councils in third phase are: 75, 79, 83, 94, 97, 101, 107, 108, 110, 118, 119, 121, 122, and 123.<\/p>\n

During the final phase, streetlights will be installed in ten union councils at a cost of PKR 2.1 million in Union Councils number 125, 127, 137, 140, 146, 149, 152, 154, 155, and 157.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
