While hearing the lawsuit, Sindh High Court ordered for the provision of original master plan of DHA phase 8. <\/p>\n<p>DHA launched various projects in DHA phase 8 by the names of Creek City, Creek Terraces and Creek Views on amenity area. It was mentioned in the court by plaintiff\u2019s counsel that these projects were initiated by DHA without seeking permission from Federal Government.
