Faisalabad: The Mayor Faisalabad Muhammad Razzaq Malik has said that no uplift scheme should begin without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Municipal Corporation, according to a news report.<\/p>\n

He explained that this needs to be done because uplift schemes of two different departments begin at the same place, at the same time. This not only causes problems for the public but also results in work on one scheme being stopped. There needs to be coordination between different government departments.<\/p>\n
