Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has banned all forms of residential construction, including private housing schemes, in the federal capital\u2019s Sector H-13 located in Zone 1, a news source reported. Zone 1, under CDA rules, will be a green area and a buffer zone which is why the sale or purchase of all residential plots has been banned in the zone.<\/p>\n
According to details, any violation of the rules will be considered a violation of the master plan and legal action will be taken against the culprits. No construction will be allowed in H-13 under the master plan, except for a few institutions which will acquire the land directly from CDA.<\/p>\n
