The shortfall is because of low recovery from building plans and shop recovery fees.<\/p>\n<p>The Punjab Government has taken notice of the matter and Local Government and Community Development Punjab has directed the MCM Chief Officer (CO) to improve the recovery.<\/p>\n<p>According to the details, during the fiscal year 2017-18, the target for Building Plan Fees was PKR 30 million, while the recovery for July-March was PKR 16.4 million, which shows a shortfall of PKR 6 million.
