This budget was passed during a meeting, headed by the CDA Chairman Usman Bajwa, while the CDA Member Finance presented and briefed the gathering about the budget.<\/p>\n<p>The budget doesn\u2019t provide any allocations for opening of new sectors, whereas PKR 1 billion has been allocated for I-15, which is one of the many delayed sectors in the capital. The allocations have been made as follows; PKR 7 billion for Signal-Free Islamabad Expressway, PKR 500 million for conducting water from the Indus River System, and PKR 500 million for the construction of a grade separation facility where an interchange will also be constructed. Apart from this, PKR 100 million have been allocated for a landfill site project, PKR 100 million for the construction of a culture complex, service roads, and provision of water and sewerage services in F-8, F-9 and Blue Area.
