The ministry has also proposed that a sewage treatment plan should be installed by August 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The commission was headed by Justice (retd.) Amir Hani Muslim. Before the hearing, the joint secretary of the Ministry of Defence Farooq Hasan submitted details of a previous meeting which was held on 31<sup>st<\/sup> May 2018, where the installation of a treatment plant was decided.
