Karachi: The residents of dilapidated buildings in Karachi have refused to leave their homes, a news source reported. The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), after a survey of dilapidated buildings of the city, had sent notices to residents to vacate the buildings before monsoon.<\/p>\n

According to details, the residents contend that they have nowhere else to go, as they don\u2019t have alternative homes. SBCA stated that these buildings can pose a danger to life and property particularly during the monsoon season and they won\u2019t be able to withstand the rains.<\/p>\n
