Islamabad: The division bench of the Lahore High Court comprising of Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Justice Faisal Zaman has restored the investigation powers of Directorate General Intelligence & Investigation of Inland Revenue of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), according to a news report. A single bench of LHC had previously struck down these powers. Now, on appeal by the directorate, a double bench has restored these powers.<\/p>\n
