Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority has decided to canceled work order given to a private firm for construction of Twin Tower on Jail Road, according to a news source. The project site has been shifted to Ferozepur Road, which will be a single tower project renamed as LDA Complex.<\/p>\n

The project\u2019s work order was extended back in January this year, which is to be cancelled now. The cancellation of Twin Tower project on Jail Road accounts for wasting of revenue spent on its feasibility study and PC-1.<\/p>\n

Sources claim that the chosen site on Jail Road had some controversies attached to, where the Communication and Works Department Punjab had not signed an agreement for purchasing the land.
