Islamabad: Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russia for the feasibility report of a planned undersea pipeline project, according to a news report. This was revealed at the weekly media briefing of the Foreign Office.<\/p>\n

This gas pipeline will involve four countries in the future, Pakistan, Russia, Iran, and India, and has been under discussion since last year.
