Islamabad: China Pacific Insurance Company (CPIC) launched China-Pak Golf Estate, a joint real estate venture between Pakistan and China, at the World Real Estate Expo held in Shenzhen, China, according to a news report. The housing project is going to be Gwadar\u2019s first gated community.<\/p>\n
The CPIC\u2019s Chief Commercial Officer Mark Savage told the visiting investors at the Expo that China-Pak Golf Estate will offer the first of its kind options for luxurious living in the city of Gwadar. He added that the CPIC is engineered towards building trust, being transparent and developing world-class sustainable communities. Furthermore, he highlighted that the company is aimed at helping Gwadar build its social infrastructure to compliment the huge amount of Chinese investment in the area.<\/p>\n
