Qaimkhani expressed these views while presideng a meeting soon after he took charge of his new position.<\/p>\n<p>He also said that order passed by the Sindh High Court to make lease, sub-lease and sales deed mandatory for approval the building plan will strictly be implemented. Talking about construction of high-rise buildings on residential plots, Qaimkhani said such construction practices has plagued the city\u2019s beauty and is causing serious harm.
