The commission was formed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan to ensure quality water supply in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Muslim also ordered the Qasim Port Authority and Sindh Environment Protection Authority to carry out inspection of treatment plants of these factories and carry out legal action against those unwilling to cooperate.
