The new deadline is July 31, 2018. The extension was demanded by many trade and business organisations so that more people could understand the benefits of availing it and felt convinced to declare their hidden assets.<\/p>\n<p>The tax amnesty scheme for the declaration of hidden assets by paying a certain percentage of tax was announced back in March this year.
