Lahore: The Lahore High Court has reserved its decision on the matter of building a bridge between Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Punjab Small Industries Housing Society (PSIHS), a news source reported. The PSIHS filed the petition after Cantonment Board had restricted them from constructing the bridge.<\/p>\n
The plaintiff\u2019s stand was that they want to build a bridge on the watercourse between DHA Phase II and their society, however, the Cantonment Board has illegally restricted them. The plaintiff maintained that the watercourse was under the jurisdiction of irrigation department and its NOC was obtained.
