Islamabad: The Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) Chief Executive Mian Kashif Ashfaq said that the market potential of Pakistan\u2019s handmade furniture is huge, and that the government should make policies in accordance with this, according to a news source. Ashfaq said that the rising disposable income, improvement in consumer lifestyle, and increase in economic growth has caused economic growth in Asia\u2019s market.<\/p>\n
Ashfaq also added that the economic growth can be attributed to overall growth in the real estate sector in Asia, which has pushed the demand for luxury furniture. This, he believes, will give Pakistan a large scope for its furniture, and help capture international markets.<\/p>\n
