This declaration is applicable for industrial units set up on or before 30<sup>th<\/sup> May, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>According to a notification shared for the purpose, under the 25<sup>th<\/sup> Amendment Act 2018 by the President of Pakistan, this amendment would be implemented once it was fully ratified and confirmed.
