Now WASA has decided to change the billing system and recover bills each month.<\/p>\n<p>The WASA Managing Director (MD) has directed the revenue directorate to distribute one month\u2019s bills and recover those. The pilot project will be launched in Johar Town and Jubilee Town subdivision.
