The notice warns that if the development and advertising campaigns are not halted immediately, action would be taken against the schemes and their offices in Rawalpindi will be sealed.<\/p>\n<p>According to RDA spokesman Hafiz Irfan, the notices have been issued under the Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010.
