Gujranwala: Gujranwala division\u2019s 389,830 public and private consumers owe the Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) PKR 2.19 billion, a news source reported. Notices of PKR 478 million have been issued to public institutions, while private consumers have been sent notices of PKR 1.72 billion.<\/p>\n

The GEPCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Zahid Saleem has directed officials of all circles to complete 100% recovery by 31st<\/sup> August. Last month, GEPCO had sent bills worth more PKR 10 billion to 3.3 million consumers, out of which more than 380,000 hadn\u2019t paid their bills.
