Challan will not be issued for personal matters, and plot auction, sale or transfer without the consumer number.<\/p>\n<p>KMC plans to increase its revenue by charging Municipal Utility Tax (MUT). The tax is expected to increase KMC\u2019s revenue by PKR 18 billion to PKR 25 billion.
