Talking to media, Umar said that a detailed assessment of the economy has been undertaken and a more comprehensive plan of action is being devised.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the government is formulating a strategy to bring back money held in offshore accounts earned from corrupt means, as a measure of discouraging those who commit corruption.
