Rawalpindi: Al-Mairaj Garden requests agents and marketing firms to not hold booking or launch advertisement for the society, according to a publication. The society administration is awaiting for approval for its preliminary planning permission.<\/p>\n

The society was earlier flagged by the Rawalpindi Development Authority for not having an NOC. In the absence of a formal approval, marketing campaign and booking plots is considered illegal by the civic authority. The society management has also stepped up to stop its authorised agents from booking any units in Al-Mairaj Garden.<\/p>\n
