Karachi: The Supreme Court prohibited Bahria Town Karachi from constructing any building beyond than six storeys, as per a news report. This decision came from a three-member bench of the court headed by Chief Justice of Paksitan Mian Saqib Nisar, while hearing a petition filed by the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD).<\/p>\n
ABAD Advocate Faisal Siddiqui said that, as directed by the apex court, the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has to grant permission to developers for constructing high-rise buildings beyond six storeys.
