Islamabad: The Building Control Section (BCS) of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) sealed a number of multi-storey buildings in Sector E-11, found in violation of building bylaws, stated a news report. The BCS-II team sealed four buildings, a swimming pool, and a factory. Unauthorised and illegal construction was ongoing in the sector E-II despite repeated warnings by the CDA.
