He further said that sports are vital to development of youth and all resources are being utilised to bring youth to sports grounds.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the delegation of a Tech Pakistan organisation, KDA DG stated that after the construction, repair and decoration of KDA sports complex in Gulistan-e-Jauhar is complete with the collaboration of Tech Pakistan, it will be handed over to the organisation for administration.
