The suggestions have been sent to the Prime Minister for final approval.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the matter, Abdul Aleem Khan stated that mayors and deputy mayors will be directly elected and in villages, neighbourhood councils will be formed and the top 3 contestants on non-party basis will be elected into the council.
